Now, we begin a new chapter—one that takes us through 100 values, each a powerful lens for growth.
In this upcoming blog series, we’ll explore each value in depth. For every value, you can expect:
- A thoughtful essay reflecting how the value might show up in everyday life with ADHD,
- Three soulful questions that speak to the Coach, Player, and Inner Commentator in you,
- And two evocative images to bring the feeling of that value to life—one symbolic of the inner terrain, one metaphorical and dreamlike.
Whether you're living with ADHD or supporting someone who is, these values offer a map—not a rigid plan, but a flexible compass. You don’t need to adopt all 100. But trying on a few, exploring them with curiosity, can begin to shift the way you see yourself and how you move through the world.
