MelodioTherapy
We’re trying fresh, creative ways to make ADHD strategies stick in everyday life. We’ve launched MelodioTherapy for ADHD Minds, a Spotify album from ADHD Life Guide. Our first album is on Spotify and Apple Music, the other two are due to be released soon. Watch the space.
Each song has two halves:
- it names the symptom (so it feels seen and understandable), and
- it teaches simple strategies you can use right away.
Please follow “ADHD Life Guide” on Spotify and listen to the album on repeat/loop — let the words and rhythms sink in. We’ll be releasing one album each month over the coming months, each focused on a different aspect of ADHD.
